with space to reflect.
Opened in May 2023, Memoria sits on Armthorpe Lane in Barnby Dun. Its landscaped grounds and countryside views offer a calm setting for a farewell, with a Garden of Remembrance for cremated remains.
- The chapel
- Seating for 100 people, with additional space for larger gatherings by arrangement.
- Time for the service
- Standard service slots are one hour, including arrival and departure. Shorter service options and extended bookings are available; we can help confirm the right arrangement.
- Music & personal tributes
- An Obitus music system, organ, screens for photographs and tributes, and webcasting facilities for people unable to attend.
- Access & parking
- Parking for 100 vehicles, accessible facilities and a hearing loop in the chapel.
02 · Cantley
Rose Hill
Crematorium.
Serving Doncaster since 1960
An established place
of remembrance.
Rose Hill Crematorium is on Cantley Lane and is managed by City of Doncaster Council. It has served local families since 1960, with a chapel and gardens for remembrance.
- Time for the service
- A 30-minute committal or a 60-minute full service, including entering and leaving the chapel. Additional chapel time can be booked.
- Music & personal tributes
- Obitus music and tribute screens, with speakers inside and outside the chapel. Streaming options are available to discuss when arranging the service.
- Access & facilities
- Step-free chapel access, a hearing loop, accessible toilets, a waiting room and on-site parking with disabled bays.
- Remembrance
- A Garden of Remembrance and a Book of Remembrance offer ways to remember a loved one.
