Can I order if you did not arrange the funeral?
Yes. You do not need to have used K. Dixon Funerals to enquire about or order memorial jewellery through us.
Can I choose a different colour or metal finish?
Please tell us the product code and the colour or finish you would like. We will check what is available for that particular design. The rings include Always With Me, See You and EverWith designs in the metals shown on each listing. Use the Gold filter to see the listed gold rings and pendant. We will confirm the gold specification for your chosen piece. Illustrative colour examples are not a guarantee of availability or an exact final colour match.
Can the jewellery contain hair or pet fur?
Suitability varies by design. Some pieces can hold ashes or hair, while others are suitable for ashes only. For example, the AWM-N1 necklace and AWM-R2S ring are marked as unsuitable for hair by the supplier. Speak to us before choosing a piece for hair or fur.
What does a “From” price mean?
It is the starting price after your 7.5% K. Dixon discount has been applied to the supplier’s listed price. The crossed-out figure is the supplier’s price. Options such as engraving or non-standard sizing may cost extra, and delivery needs to be confirmed. Your discount applies when ordering through K. Dixon, not directly on the supplier’s website. We will confirm the full total before an order is placed; this website does not take payment.
How long will my order take?
The timescale needs to be confirmed for your chosen piece and personalisation. Contact us with the product code, especially where you have a particular date in mind. We will check the expected timing rather than promise a fixed delivery date.
How should I care for memorial jewellery?
The supplier advises removing jewellery before bathing, swimming or washing dishes, and avoiding chemicals, perfumes and cosmetics coming into contact with the piece. Follow the care instructions supplied with your order. Contact K. Dixon for care and warranty information for your chosen piece.
